The lost art of bladder retention….

Greatest Pop-Punk LP ever? Sorry , Mr Foster, close, but neg cigar- It is 1997’s ‘Saturday Night At The Atomic Speedway’ by 30 Amp Fuse. John Peel played a couple of their songs on his radio show after he met the singer [who I remember Peel describing as ‘one of the shyest people he’d ever met’]. I think i might have played this song non-stop for 3 hours once…….;

The genius guitarist/singer/songwriter John Davis went on to form Superdrag and is now doing some great stuff with Epic Ditch:

Some more great new pop-punk:

Billy Raygun are from Portsmouth [US]

The Borderlines – featuring one of the guys leftover from The Leftovers;

and..well i just love this.
